Peter Baard

Peter joined DIVD in november 2022 as our CISO.Together with the Security Office and the other teams he is involved in moving our passionate group of hackers and security researchers into a more ISO27001 compliant way of working. A challenge indeed. Now and then he also engages in one of our research projects, just for fun and learning. Peter has an international IT background of over 30 years.Over the last 20 years he has been working in the energy sectorHis current day job is manager IT & CISO, where he focuses on the managerial, process and technical side of security. He is also chairman of the Energy ISAC. So, he is a nerd in a suit and likes the cooperation and willingness of people helping each other in making our society more safe and learn and grow in the process.
