Hans started his IT career in the late 80s and can be typified as a nerd with a big heart. Besides being programmer, engineer, security consultant and IT Architect, he always took many societal tasks upon himself, mostly as a volunteer helping others in need. DIVD was therefore the logical choice to combine the two as volunteer, as he also does at his company BIZIB.
Hans first started in December 2021 at DIVD as researcher. As our organization grew, management was in need of an Executive Secretary to set the agenda and make minutes to keep our team in sync. Hans took the job halfway 2022 and has been a stable force ever since.
Together with other DIVD-ers, Hans also set up DIVD.charity in January 2023, supporting hackers in need and is now its Managing Director.
